I never liked the screaming vocals of black metal... HOWEVER, this album changed that. It's blackgaze with a touch of J-pop into it, and it's one of the most pleasent combination. The lyrics are disjointed and abstract but are meaningful, lots to deconstruct here. Sudis___

Late to the life party, but, as an old-skool emo head, this modern-yet-90s spin on early screamo is a real treat. No hint of mid-west twinkle or, god help us, swoopy fringes, this is the wider DC scene dragged through the ever brilliant Ojeda prism. If you miss those old feelings but hate nostalgia, here you go.
